Made For A Woman (following, the "Brand" or "M4W"), address: Groupe Sipromad, Golden Business Center – Bâtiment C - Morarano Alarobia - BP 3019 - ANTANANARIVO 101, applies the following Sales Conditions.
Please read these Conditions carefully before making your purchase. Sales are considered final – by clicking "BUY", Customers send their purchase order electronically and declare to have read and accepted these Conditions in full.
Order confirmation, shipping and delivery
Upon receipt of the Order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically to the Customer, and our Team will start working on creating your products of choice. If you don't receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please contact our Team at info[@]made4awoman.com for assistance.
As everything we create is made to order, specifically for each Customer, please take production timing into account as well as +/- 10 working days for shipping.
Unless otherwise agreed, our export is made on the basis of EXW Incoterms in accordance with the Incoterms 2010.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE MAY 1, 2022 WILL BE CONSIDERED PRE-ORDERS, THE FINISHED PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED IN MAY 2022.
Once our Team has completed the Order, the Customer will receive an e-mail containing information related to the shipment and expected delivery date of the product(s).
We ship worldwide with DHL, which allows us to pay an extra fee to offset our (and your) carbon footprint for shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination – all shipping costs will be automatically calculated in your cart.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered final.
Cancelling an order
The Customer has the right to withdraw any Order placed within three (3) working days after placing the Order, at no cost. Pre-orders can be cancelled within five (5) working days after placing the Pre-order.

All Products purchased on M4W's website can be returned – at the Customer’s expense – within 30 calendar days of delivery, as long as they are intact, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Any shipping costs required to return the Products will not be refunded.
We require advance payment for all Pre-orders, as everything is custom made especially for you.
We offer the following payment methods: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay. In case of return, the amount will be re-credited as soon as the product(s) are returned to our warehouse and checked. In case of order cancellation within the agreed time period, the amount will be re-credited in full.
Prices and availability
All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT as applicable by law. The price indicated at the time of the order is considered valid and final.
Everything we create is made to order; therefore, no stock is available for immediate purchase.
Compliance & Customs
Our Products comply with a high level of quality in accordance with several Malagasy and international standards. Should the Customers’ local regulation have specific or additional requirements, the Customers shall inform our Team before their Order.
Your Order could be subject to import duties and taxes according to your national regulations. Any additional custom clearance costs will be borne by the Customer, as the Brand has no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
