Care
To clean your products, simply wipe them down with a soft damp cloth and allow them to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight. Do not dry clean or use any harsh chemicals. Raphia can be steamed or ironed on a low setting to make sure your products stay looking perfect for a long, long time.

This is a made-to-order product, handmade specifically for you! Therefore, please take production timing into account when ordering. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 10 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we always work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Returns are eligible for refund within 30 days of your original purchase (final sale and customized items excluded).
