This product is hand-woven and dyed by our artisans with AZO-free and natural pigments, therefore small variations in colours, sizes, and patterns may occur. Each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind, just like you.

Care
To clean your products, simply wipe them down with a soft damp cloth and allow them to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight. Do not dry clean or use any harsh chemicals. Raphia can be steamed or ironed on a low setting to make sure your products stay looking perfect for a long, long time.

This is a made-to-order product, handmade especially for you. Therefore, please take production timing into account when ordering.
Once your order is ready, we estimate you will receive your package within 10 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we always work our hardest to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
Returns are available according to the Terms and Conditions within 30 days of delivery.
