Raphia, cotton

Gently wipe clean using a soft, damp cloth and allow to air dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not dry clean or use harsh chemicals, as these may compromise the material and finish. Raphia can be lightly steamed or pressed on a low setting, using a protective cloth if needed, to restore its natural shape. When not in use, store in a cool, dry place to protect from light and humidity.

Once your piece is complete, it ships from our atelier and will arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

As each made-to-order piece is woven especially for you, all made-to-order purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing flaw or defect, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Every product is handwoven in our Madagascar atelier by talented artisans. From the first knot to the final stitch, every piece is crafted entirely by hand, creating a unique texture that no factory could ever replicate. It's why our made-to-order pieces can take up to six weeks to weave, and why no two are ever exactly alike.

NATURAL MATERIALS

We only use naturally regenerative materials, like raphia from the Raphia farinifera palm. Harvested locally using sustainable practices, our raphia comes from rural communities we have partnered with for years, before being dyed with non-toxic pigments, naturally dried, and woven entirely by hand.
