Order conditions
Made For A Woman (following, the “Brand” or “M4W”), address: Enceinte Depot Sipromad Anosivavaka, 101 Antananarivo, Madagascar, applies the following Sales Conditions.
Please read these conditions carefully before making your purchase. Sales are considered final – by completing their purchase, customers send order electronically and declare to have read and accepted these conditions in full.
Order confirmation, shipping and delivery
Upon receipt of the order, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to the customer, and our team will start working on creating your products of choice. If you don’t receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please contact our team at info@made4awoman.com for assistance.
Free worldwide shipping is included, as well as custom fees.
As everything we create is made to order, no stock is available for immediate purchase: please, take production timing into account, as well as +/- 10 working days for shipping.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered final.
Customized and monogrammed products may take an additional working day to complete.
Canceling or modifying an order
Customers have the right to cancel or modify any order placed within three (3) working days after placing the order, at no additional cost. Pre-orders can be canceled or modified within five (5) working days after placing the Pre-order.
In case of order cancellation within the agreed time period, the amount paid will be credited in full.

Returns
All products purchased on M4W’s website can be returned – at the customer’s expense – within 30 calendar days of delivery, as long as they are intact, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any shipping costs required to return the products will not be refunded.
The customer will be refunded as soon as the products are delivered to our warehouse and checked.
All personalized and/or monogrammed products are not returnable and all sales are considered final.
Payment
We offer online payments via Verifone/2Checkout, an internationally renowned platform that offers safe and secure transactions.
Advance payment is required for all orders, as everything is made to order.
Prices and availability
All prices include taxes as applicable by law. The price indicated at the time of the order is considered valid and final.
Compliance and customs
Our products comply with a high level of quality in accordance with several Malagasy and international standards. Should the customers’ local regulations have specific or additional requirements, the customers shall inform our team before their order.
